RECYCLING BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES (24 November 1992)
Motion Details
That this House believes the Government should provide grants to cover the full local authority start up costs of implementing their recycling plans to meet the targets set out in This Common Inheritance, of 25 per cent. of all household waste; and that as a matter of urgency the Government should take measures to promote actively the market for recycled products.
