at end add 'and notes that this proposal is appended to the Asylum and Immigration Appeals Bill in which the Conservatives are reducing the rights of those victims of persecution and torture seeking refuge and safe haven in the United Kingdom; and notes that fingerprinting, reduced housing standards,tougher entry criteria and unacceptably restricted appeals procedures are among the measures brought to bear against those seeking Britain's protection.'.
