Motion Details
That this House notes, in view of the outcome of the recent disciplinary hearings concerning Detective Chief Superintendent Melvin, and the matters brought to light by the recent BBC documentary, the mounting public concern on the case of the Tottenham Three; and calls upon the Secretary of State for the Home Department to review the convictions of Winston Silcott, Mark Braithwaite and Engin Raghip to ascertain if there has been a miscarriage of justice.
