SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS (14 December 1992)
Motion Details
That this House is concerned to guarantee that the educational opportunities for children with special educational needs who do not have the protection of a statement are secured into the future; seeks to ensure that there is not a fragmentation of responsibility between authorities in the area of children with special educational needs; and calls on the Government to ensure a coherent planning structure for all special educational needs provision, and to ensure that the needs of children with special educational needs are safeguarded.
