PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
NEW PENNINE BRIDLEWAY (23 February 1993)
Motion Details
That this House expresses concern at the shortage of national trails in the North of England; recognises that the Pennine Way is so over used that it is being eroded severely in parts and that the proposed scheme for a new Pennine Bridleway would help to reduce the number of road traffic accidents involving horses and riders; and calls upon the Minister for the Environment and Countryside to approve the new scheme without further delay.
