PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
ITC BAN ON VESPRE ADVERT (9 February 1993)
Motion Details
That this House calls on the ITC to lift the ban on the advertisement for Vespre sanitary protection, which explains in an open and practical way the benefits of the product; and fully supports Claire Rayner in condemning the coy administration of the ITC in banning this advertisement as contributing to an outdated and ignorant approach to menstruation, which forms a natural part of the lives of women.
