PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
ROYAL MAIL LOCAL DELIVERY OFFICES IN THE NORTH WEST AND NORTH WALES (28 January 1993)
Motion Details
That this House expresses concern at the decision of the Post Office to close smaller delivery offices in the North West and in North Wales; believes that the 250 offices which currently serve 3.4 million addresses provide a first-class service; and calls on the Post Office to listen to local objections and the views of customers and staff before proceeding further.
