leave out from 'Liverpool' to end and add 'calls for the publication of the full minutes of the meeting which allegedly record that the Liverpool District Health Authority and the Mersey Regional Health Authority would penalise those consultants who would not co-operate with the closure; insists on an explanation of the roles of Duncan Nichol, Chief Executive of the NHS Management Executive who was present at the meeting, and of the Liverpool District Health Authority Chairman, James Fitzpatrick, and the Mersey Regional Health Authority Chairman, Sir Donald Wilson; and demands an investigation into the conduct of the Pan Liverpool Review Body'.
