WESSEX REGIONAL HEALTH AUTHORITY RISP PROJECT (No. 2) (15 March 1993)
Motion Details
That this House notes the conclusion of the district auditor regarding the Wessex RISP project that the Regional Health Authority should enter into negotiations with IBM and seek a refund of some of the monies paid for the IMB 3090/200 computer and that the Regional Health Authority has a good legal claim against the IBM secondee who advised against non-cancellation of this contract.
