PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
Bailey-Lee Robb: Scottish Member of the Youth Parliament of the Year 2020 (1 June 2020)

That this House congratulates Bailey-Lee Robb on the achievement of being announced the Scottish Youth Parliament’s MSYP of the Year 2020; recognises Bailey-Lee as an inspirational role model who has fought to ensure young people’s voices are heard both locally and nationally including being a youth representative on Fife Council’s Education and Children’s Services Committee, through his work to promote a rights-based approach to the understanding and tackling of Adverse Childhood Experiences and as a Trustee of Young Scot; and acknowledges his tireless work for young people in the area, such as campaigning for improved school meals, since his election as MSYP for Cowdenbeath in 2017.
