That this House congratulates High Life Highland on its efforts to provide online music tuition; notes the importance of music to the cultural development of the Highlands; highlights the value of innovation in the delivery of music tuition services; and recognises High Life Highland's ongoing attempts to maintain a high standard of service provision during challenging circumstances.
