DRUMBRAE LEISURE CENTRE (30 June 2019)
Motion Details
That this House congratulates Edinburgh Leisure’s Drumbrae Leisure Centre on being awarded the best regional centre honour at this year’s ukactive awards; understands that the awards recognise great centres that customers love going to and staff love working at; recognises that making the final shortlist was a highly competitive process, involving a nomination form, a customer survey and a mystery visit; notes that the defining quality is that the venue meets the needs of the customers, local community and staff; and hopes that Drumbrae Leisure Centre has another excellent year as it defends its title in the 2020 ukactive awards.
