Motion Details

That this House congratulates Ellie Ferguson from Livingston on winning the BBC competition, The Greatest Dancer; notes the incredible talent of Ellie at only 14-years-old; commends the hard work and dedication Ellie has put in at Edinburgh Dance Academy to become a fantastic ballet dancer; further commends the talented professionals at the Edinburgh Dance Academy who have coached and inspired Ellie; notes the work of Ellie’s choreographer, Jenni Inglis, throughout her journey; further congratulates Ellie on winning The Greatest Dancer prize money and on securing a spot on Strictly Come Dancing; and wishes Ellie well for an extremely successful career in the future.
