COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS ENABLING YOUTH PROJECT (16 January 2018)
Motion Details
That this House congratulates Community Volunteers Enabling Youth Project on securing £5,000 from Corra Foundation 2017 Awards towards the salary of the full-time Befriending Leader; acknowledges that this group recruits, trains and supports volunteer befrienders for vulnerable young people; and celebrates the work this group does to ensure that young people are supported on their life journey through strong and supportive befriending relationships, seeing them better equipped to reach their potential.
