PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
MEETING OF THE QUINT ON YEMEN (14 November 2017)

Motion Details

That this House supports the efforts being made at the Quint negotiations this week bringing together the foreign ministers of the UK, US, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE to find a political solution to the conflict in Yemen; notes the escalation of the conflict by all sides within the last week; further notes the devastating humanitarian consequences that will occur if this escalation continues; and calls on the Government to take the lead to ensure that all combatants return to the peace table as the only means of alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people.
