Motion Details

That this House notes that hepatitis C is a major cause of premature death from liver disease; further notes that the World Health Organisation has compared hepatitis C to a viral time bomb; acknowledges that the condition is entirely curable by effective new treatments; and calls on the Government to prioritise the elimination of hepatitis C by implementing national improvement measures as a matter of urgency.
