PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
TYCOON IN SCHOOLS HIGHLY COMMENDED AWARD WINNER (21 March 2016)

That this House congratulates Zack Griffin, of Eastwood High School, on his success in winning the Tycoon in Schools 2015 Highly Commended award, presented at Buckingham Palace by competition founder and star of Dragons' Den, Peter Jones CBE, and HRH The Duke of York; applauds the initiative which Zack showed in founding his company, Teens 2 Go, enabling skilled teenagers to earn money sharing their expertise with peers and members of the community; notes that Zack taught computer coding, and trained others to deliver courses in music, sport, and academic subjects; commends him for raising £1,292.60 profit during only seven weeks of trading; and further congratulates Zack on the benefits to many others who have gained additional skills and knowledge because of his industry and imagination.
