PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
BEHAVIOUR OF DONALD TRUMP (1 December 2015)

Motion Details

That this House deplores and condemns the actions of Republican US Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, as he appeared to mock New York Times journalist Serge Kovaleski during a rally on the basis of his impairment; notes that Mr Kovaleski has arthrogryposis which limits his arm movements; further notes that Mr Trump has denied knowing Mr Kovaleski, despite documented meetings taking place in the 1980s and 1990s when the journalist reported on Mr Trump's business dealings; and agrees that nobody seeking any level of public office should condone or display any form of demeaning, degrading or discriminatory behaviour towards disabled people.
