HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN KASHMIR AND THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE OF KASHMIR TO DETERMINE THEIR OWN FUTURE (11 October 2015)

Motion Details

That this House condemns all systematic human rights violations committed in Kashmir; believes that the views of the people of Kashmir are paramount in determining how they are governed and who shall govern them; and calls on the governments of India and Pakistan to recognise that the Kingdom of Kashmir belongs to the people of Kashmir and only they can determine their future.
