Motion Details
That this House congratulates the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Dunbartonshire Mr Owen Sayers on the civic recognition shown to him by the communities and Provost of West Dunbartonshire for his outstanding public service over many years, critically in local government through the former Clydebank District Council and voluntary service through the 1st Glen Lusset Scout group and Clydebank Crime Prevention Panel; recognises in particular his commitment to the village of Old Kilpatrick; and wishes him well in his future works.
