That this House applauds the petition organised by the Manchester Evening News entitled Fight The Unfair Cuts; notes that the Manchester Evening News includes each one of Greater Manchester's 10 local authorities in its petition; recognises that the Manchester Evening News has no party political affiliation; and urges hon. Members from all Greater Manchester constituencies to sign the Manchester Evening News petition.
