Motion Details

That this House calls upon the Prime Minister and Government of India to confirm the invitation to Amnesty International to investigate human rights in Kashmir and the Punjab; and urges early arrangements be made for Amnesty International to visit and be given the fullest co-operation and free access to Kashmir and the Punjab.
