FREE BUS TRAVEL (18 October 2006)
Motion Details
That this House welcomes the free off-peak bus travel proposals for all pensioners and all disabled people in England from April 2008; and proposes that the Transport Minister seek discussion with the First Minister in Scotland and the First Minister in Wales, who also run free bus travel schemes, with a view to establishing an agreement to deliver free bus travel throughout the United Kingdom for all disabled people and all people aged 60 years and over.
