PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
SHREE MORARI BAPU AT THE RAM KATHA FESTIVAL IN LEICESTER (23 July 2006)

Motion Details

That this House congratulates Shree Morari Bapu for leading the Ram Katha festival in Leicester; believes that the values he spoke of, especially those of truth, love and compassion, are universal values that should be recognised as central to people's lives; notes that thousands of Hindu worshippers came from across the UK and the world to take part in the nine-day Katha in Rushey Fields; hopes that the wise words of Shree Morari Bapu on living in harmony with one another and with nature find greater observance; and looks forward to welcoming him back to the United Kingdom in the near future.
