COD LIVER OIL (18 July 2005)

Motion Details

That this House welcomes the study carried out by Peterlee Sure Start which shows that the behaviour of pre-school children improves dramatically when given a daily dose of fish oils and that following daily doses of Omega-3 fish oil dietary supplement there was marked improvement in the performance of underachieving toddlers, many of whom have been disruptive and unable to concentrate; congratulates Peterlee Sure Start for carrying out this investigation, which could have national significance; and recommends the Report to the Department for Education and Skills and Department of Health.
