Motion Details

That this House notes with concern the proposals set out in the Government's Better Governance for Wales White Paper; calls upon the Government to consult the people of Wales before any changes to the Assembly's legislative powers are granted; expresses particular concern over the Government's motivation for the proposed changes to the electoral system in Wales; and believes that the best way of consulting the people of Wales is through a multi-option referendum.
