PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
TETRA RADIO MASTS AND TV INTERFERENCE (6 June 2005)

Motion Details

That this House notes with concern that many households experience interference to analogue terrestrial television reception as a direct consequence of Airwave TETRA systems being rolled out across the UK and that such interference requires households to install suitable filters at their own expense which is both costly and unjust; and calls on Ofcom to impose strict conditions on the installation companies of the TETRA masts such as O2 Airwave to fit a filter at the TETRA source.
