EU AND ANIMAL WELFARE (16 May 2005)

Motion Details

That this House calls on the European Commission to work for the improvement of animal welfare throughout the community; and to this end, calls on the Commission to ensure that all EU Member States apply the animal welfare standards to which they are committed, thus allowing British farmers to compete on a level playing field.
