PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
THE LICENSING ACT (19 April 2004)

Motion Details

That this House notes with concern the continued delay in the implementation of the Licensing Act 2003; notes that although the draft guidelines for the implementation of the Act have belatedly been published, the fees that applicants for licences will have to pay and the draft forms for operational plans still have not been published; and calls on the Government to publish this information as soon as possible to end the confusion surrounding the implementation of the Act.
