PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
PROPOSED DE-REGULATION OF PHARMACIES (28 January 2003)
Motion Details
That this House believes the deregulation of pharmacies, proposed in the 17th January Office of Fair Trading report, could adversely affect the service to the public; notes that established community pharmacies could be forced to close, with rural populations suffering; and that commercial considerations should not determine the location of pharmacies.
