MOTORCYCLE NUISANCE AND THE ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WHITE PAPER (3 June 2003)
Motion Details
That this House commends the Government on the presentation of the Anti-Social Behaviour White Paper; recognises that nuisance behaviour in communities needs to be stamped out; welcomes the new provisions to tackle abandoned vehicles, yob culture and harrassment; draws attention to the nuisance caused by motorcycles on publicly-owned property and bridleways; and recommends that the Government extends the provisions in the White Paper to include this kind of nuisance in public areas.
