Motion Details

That this House welcomes the recent attention given to the inadequate roads and transport infrastructure in Wales; calls upon the Government to upgrade rail services between Swansea and Paddington and Holyhead and Crewe; and regrets that no commencement dates have been given for the second Severn Crossing or the completion of the M4 at Port Talbot.
