Health Service Finances in Wales (21 November 1989)
Motion Details
That this House calls on Her Majesty's Government to use the Autumn Statement to restore public confidence in their management of the National Health Service in Wales by: (a) providing enough money to meet the shortfall in finance in the current financial year, caused by the Government's own economic failure, (b) tackling he backlog of hospital repairs, maintenance and equipment replacement which they have allowed to build up in recent years and (c) enabling health authorities in Wales to plan ahead to meet the real needs of their communities.
