Motion Details
That this House condemns the Secretary of State for Wales for rejecting requests to make a statement in the House on the transitional arrangements for the poll tax in Wales while, at the same time, issuing statements to the media which give full details of these arrangements, thus demonstrating his unwillingness to make himself open to questions from honourable Members.
