PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
LOCATION OF NATIONAL STADIUM (21 October 2001)
Motion Details
That this House understands the disappointment felt by certain interests, but welcomes the clear thinking that led to Patrick Carter's review to reject Pickett's Lock in favour of more economical arrangements at Sheffield; and believes the same objectivity should prevail in the location of a national football stadium.
