PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
NATIONAL CONSORTIUM FOR SHELTERED HOUSING (13 May 2002)

That this House congratulates the charity ERoSH, the national consortium for sheltered housing, on their continuing work to raise awareness of the social and health benefits of sheltered housing for older people; and notes that ERoSH's third Awareness Week will commence on Monday 20th May, the theme of which is Healthy, Independent People, and aims, working through partnership, to raise awareness of the link between quality housing and well-being, and to counteract the often negative impression the public have on sheltered housing.
