PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
POPPY APPEAL AND ITN BUILDING (7 November 2002)

Motion Details

That this House regrets and deplores the decision by Johnson Controls to refuse to allow boxes of poppies to be placed in the ITN building in Gray's Inn Road, on the collection of donations to the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal; and salutes the principled stand of broadcaster Nick Ferrari of LBC in challenging the insult to both the RBL and to those who gave so much that this country might be free from dictatorship.
