PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
MULL OF KINTRYE CHINOOK CRASH (21 July 2002)

Motion Details

That this House, bearing in mind the number of qualified, distinguished and independent persons who after examining the evidence have declined to blame the pilots and keeping in mind the undesirability of the Ministry of Defence having the final say in such a matter as this, calls on the Secretary of State for Defence to appoint a senior judicial person to examine the evidence and to report to him with his conclusions on the causes of the Mull of Kintyre Chinook crash.
