BANKS AND LOCAL COMMUNITIES (5 April 2000)
Motion Details
That this House considers that those major banks which take a commercial decision to withdraw their services from local communities should provide compensation for their customers in the form of tangible financial support to the local post office, credit union or other community business and financial network.
