SMOKING IN PORTCULLIS HOUSE (2 March 2000)

Motion Details

That this House regrets the recent decision of the Accommodation and Works Committee to reject a proposal to make the new Portcullis House a total non-smoking building; and looks forward to the House of Commons Commission reconsidering the issue in the interest of the health of honourable Members and their staff.
