Accidents Involving School Buses (6 December 1989)
Motion Details
At end add 'notes the undertaking by the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport that he would examine the possibility of the United States system of all school buses being painted distinctive yellow and carrying automatic flashing lights, where it is an offence to pass a stationary school bus when children are alighting; and calls for the results of such examination to be put in legislative form within the lifetime of this Parliament.'.
