Leave out from "House" to end and add, "notes that the honourable Member for Preston was ill on the occasion of the Royal College of Surgeons' briefing on Wednesday 29th November and informed them accordingly; regrets that she is still ill and wishes her a speedy recovery; deplores the ignorant and discourteous attack on her by some Conservative honourable Members; and calls on them to apologise.".
