leave out from 'House' to end and add 'congratulates Her Majesty's Government and the International Development Secretary in particular, for scrapping the ATP which linked aid and trade and resulted in the Pergau Dame scandal and other improper links between aid and contracts; and welcomes the policies of the Department for International Development which are promoting conditions in developing countries which encourage investment and promote trade and business as part of a strategy for poverty eradication.'.
