Motion Details

That this House deplores the behaviour of the Right Honourable Member for Birmingham, Ladywood who said she did not bother to lobby for British companies whilst officially visiting China at the taxpayers' expense; considers such an attitude to be an insult to British industry; and deplores the Right Honourable Member's dismissal of the important role of ministers to promote those British firms who can deliver the quality and quantity of assistance from which developing countries can benefit.
