leave out from 'notes' to end and add 'that the Conservative Party supports the first past the post electoral system which depends on a closed list of one and therefore allows no way of protesting against the Conservative candidate other than by voting for candidates of other parties, which the overwhelming majority of the electorate did at the last General Election.'.
