leave out from 'recognises' to end and add 'that the production of bananas in Colombia and other states of central America replaces the production of illegal drugs; and demands that the European Union meet the obligations of the World Trade Organisation, of which the members of the European Union are signatories in order to permit free trade in bananas'.
