QUARANTINE OF WORKING DOGS (25 February 1999)

Motion Details

That this House regrets the incarceration of British sniffer dogs used in Colombia following the recent earthquake disaster to help rescue buried people, in quarantine kennels for six months, when this could so easily have been avoided by administration of a simple vaccination.
