CRUELTY TO CHILDREN (16 March 1999)
Motion Details
That this House is committed to ending cruelty to children and congratulates the NSPCC on its campaign to raise awareness of the problems and inform the public of what actions might be taken to help end cruelty to children, to allow children a voice in decision making and to enable them to become more responsible citizens; and calls upon the Government to do all it can to end violence towards and sexual exploitation of children.
