INCENTIVES FOR PUBLIC EXPENDITURE SAVINGS (26 November 1997)
Motion Details
That this House requests Her Majesty's Government to give urgent consideration to implementing an incentive or reward scheme for those civil servants who individually or jointly submit suggestions which can be applied within and across departments of Government and lead to identifiable savings in public expenditure.
