That this House sends its best wishes to the England and Scotland football teams, and their managers, Glenn Hoddle and Craig Brown, as they prepare for the World Cup finals in France; entertains the hope of a final between England and Scotland in the Stade de France on 12 July; and looks forward to welcoming the World Cup home.
